It’s 3am in Brooklyn, NY, and two kitties, Stevie and Sona, are organizing a heist of their mom’s rug making supplies. They can’t believe their luck. First, they’re adopted by a textile artist who has bundles and bundles of yarn and then she was silly enough to go to sleep at night!

The nightly thievery continued for months. Stevie and Sona wanted nothing to do with their buckets of store-bought toys; they just wanted their mom Cassie’s tools. Finally Cassie decided to try and make them a toy that could emulate what they loved so much about her yarn and keep them fully engaged (and retired from the robbery lifestyle!).

After several iterations and playful "test runs" with Stevie and Sona, The Wiggle Wand was born.
